At this wonderful moment of bidding farewell to the old and welcoming the new, the 2025 Annual Conference of Rihuan Sensing has arrived as scheduled. All colleagues gathered together, letting go of the busyness and fatigue of the past year, recalling the sweat of their hard work in the past, discussing the expectations for future development, and in the midst of laughter and joy, opening a special feast for the people of Rihuan! 

At the beginning of the annual meeting, representatives from each position took the stage one by one to share their insights and growth experiences from the year. The representatives expressed their sincere sentiments, extending New Year's greetings to all colleagues and thanking the team for their mutual support and joint progress in 2025. It was the concerted efforts and teamwork of every member of the team that enabled the team to move forward steadily and achieve great success this year. 

Looking back on the work process in 2025, the representatives of the colleagues, based on the actual situation of their positions, comprehensively reviewed the work achievements and breakthroughs throughout the year. From the promotion of daily business, to the breakthroughs in projects, and to the improvement of personal abilities, every achievement was the result of unremitting efforts. At the same time, everyone also candidly analyzed the shortcomings and improvement directions in the work, and in the communication, they learned from each other's strengths to fill the foundation for the efficient implementation of subsequent work. 

Looking ahead to 2026, the representatives of the colleagues presented their individual and team annual plans. Everyone expressed that they would be guided by new goals, uphold a rigorous and pragmatic working attitude, maintain an enterprising spirit of striving forward, continuously enhance professional capabilities, take on responsibilities actively, and work together with the team to overcome challenges and achieve outstanding results. The warm and lively atmosphere made everyone fully immersed in it. 

The blindfolded standing-still challenge was extremely entertaining! The various "wonderful tricks" performed by the contestants made the audience burst into laughter repeatedly. The cheering and teasing sounds from everyone could be heard non-stop. The relaxed and cheerful atmosphere swept over everyone, and the emergence of the winner caused continuous cheers from the audience.

During the dinner party, the exciting red envelope grabbing game really heightened the atmosphere! Everyone kept their eyes fixed on the phone screens, their fingers moving rapidly. The joy of getting the red envelope, the pride of having the best luck, all intertwined to form the most cheerful melody. As is customary, each round of the best-luck colleague would present a series of beautiful songs for everyone, with melodious singing and continuous applause. The scene turned into a joyful concert. 

At the end of the dinner, the boss took the stage to deliver a brief and sincere speech, reviewing the company's journey in 2025, affirming the hard work and outstanding contributions of all colleagues over the past year, and also candidly identifying the shortcomings and improvement directions in the past year's work. At the same time, the boss also presented the company's development blueprint for 2026 to everyone, clarified the new year's development goals and core directions, and encouraged all Dayhuang employees to continue to focus and work together, with a more energetic attitude and a more pragmatic style, to embrace new challenges and opportunities and jointly create a more glorious future for the company. The boss's words were warm and powerful, earning rounds of applause from the colleagues present and adding a warm atmosphere to the dinner.
